CourseChain provides general education—not financial, legal, tax, or investment advice

Terms of use

The boundaries behind the learning experience.

These terms explain the educational scope of this static CourseChain build and the responsibilities that remain with each reader.

Last updated: August 22, 2026  •  These template terms require owner and jurisdiction details before commercial launch.

1. Acceptance and scope

By using CourseChain, you agree to use the site lawfully and understand that it provides general educational information. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the site.

2. Education only

CourseChain does not provide personalized investment, financial, legal, tax, accounting, security, career, or other professional advice. Content does not consider your circumstances, location, finances, knowledge, risk tolerance, or objectives.

No page recommends that you buy, sell, hold, transfer, stake, mine, bridge, or otherwise use a particular asset or service. Directory inclusion and course coverage are not endorsements.

3. Digital-asset risks

Digital assets and related services can be volatile, experimental, irreversible, or subject to fraud, technical failure, loss of access, market manipulation, legal change, and total loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Self-custody can make recovery impossible when keys or backups are lost.

Do not rely on CourseChain as the sole basis for a transaction. Verify current information and consider qualified independent advice where appropriate.

4. No credential, placement, or outcome guarantee

Course paths are educational outlines. They do not grant an accredited qualification, professional license, job placement, salary level, employer recognition, investment return, or mastery unless a separately identified and verified provider expressly states otherwise.

5. Path planner

The planner uses a few selections to suggest a broad curriculum. It is not an assessment, admissions decision, career consultation, financial suitability process, or professional recommendation. The current planner does not submit or store answers.

6. Accuracy and availability

CourseChain aims for useful, careful explanations but does not warrant that content is complete, current, error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for a particular use. Blockchain software, fees, laws, products, security practices, and documentation can change.

7. External links and advertising

Third-party links and advertisements are provided for context or site support. CourseChain does not control third-party content, security, claims, terms, or availability. An advertisement does not imply endorsement. Evaluate destination pages independently before sharing information, downloading software, or transacting.

8. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the site to break laws, harm others, interfere with operation, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, misrepresent CourseChain content, or suggest CourseChain endorses a product or financial claim.

9. Intellectual property

The CourseChain name, layout, and original text may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and education. Publication licensing and owner details should be finalized before commercial deployment.

10. Disclaimer and limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the site is provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or availability. The operator should adapt any limitation-of-liability language to the real legal entity and jurisdiction before launch.

11. Changes and governing information

These terms may change as the site changes. The actual operator, governing law, dispute process, and verified contact method must be inserted before commercial publication. Template language is not a substitute for legal review.

Legal configuration required before launch.

Add the real operator identity, business address where required, contact method, governing law, and any mandatory consumer terms. Obtain qualified legal review for the markets where the site will operate.
